Head of Strategic Sales / Partner Management (m/f/d)

Our client was founded in 2009 and is now the No. 1 white-label payment provider in Europe and an independent payment brand within the Nexi Group, the European PayTech company.

As Head of Sales (m/f/d) you will be responsible for achieving the sales goals and the strategic development of the sales area. Together with your two teams you will ensure the continuation of the successful and ambitious growth and continue to position our client as a reliable partner of the relevant e-commerce players in the German-speaking market.

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for leading and expanding your sales teams, developing your team members and enabling them to achieve their personal best
  • You are responsible for the development and implementation of market development strategies
  • Together with the Finance and Strategy teams you will set up regular reports and provide them to all relevant stakeholders
  • In close cooperation with the client’s marketing team you will develop communication strategies to pick up leads at every point and convince them of our client
  • You will develop and improve our client´s commercial processes to ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and a fast and flawless go-live
  • As a born networker, you are energized by being at trade shows and events, representing our client and making new contacts

What You Bring With You

  • Successfully completed studies
  • Sales is your passion and you bring several years of relevant professional experience in consulting and/or e-commerce/tech environment, including management experience in this area
  • ou know the e-commerce market like the back of your hand and you have a high affinity for the payment sector
  • You have found the best sales strategies for yourself, so that it is easy for you to present even highly complex products perfectly in order to sustainably inspire and convince customers
  • You distinguish yourself through your confident and friendly appearance as well as a high level of social and communicative competence
  • Team cohesion plays an important role for you and you know how to motivate and develop your teams
  • You have good analytical skills, an understanding of numbers and processes and are well-versed in Salesforce
  • Business fluent German and English language skills round off your profile
