Private Equity Operating Partner/Future CEO (m/f/d)

Our client is an established German private equity fund / family office with a focus on operational value creation – many portfolio companies are underperforming from an operational perspective. In order to strengthen their existing team, they plan to hire an additional Operating Partner (m/f/d) who should – after having sourced his/her MBI portfolio firm – very soon take over the CEO role in the acquired target. The targeted companies typically have revenues between 20 and 50 million Euro and face succession challenges.
