We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in the Consulting team to join on group-wide consulting projects across the whole insurance value chain.

Your Tasks

  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them through project deliverables
  • Execute consulting projects for customers and provide guidance in a holistic context to make them a sustainable success
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder networks across the global organization
  • Contribute to project deliverables and pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
  • Develop and follow up on ideas on possible future client needs
  • Liaise and collaborate with group centers
  • Contribute to the internal development of the Consulting entity
  • Ensure adequate development of self and colleagues via coaching, mentoring and training

What You Bring With You

  • University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience in consulting
  • Experience in creating strategies and conceptual plans to implement changes, including ability to defend bold ideas
  • Experience in project management and implementation
  • Strong business acumen and judgement capability
  • Analytical and solution-focused approach, ability to understand the holistic view and impacts of individual actions to the overall outcome
  • Willingness to take ownership for outcomes of own and teamwork
  • Well-versed in working with MS office, in particular Excel and PPT
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of customer orientation and team spirit
  • Fluency in written and spoken German; English is a plus
